The hotel has close proximity to a lot of Asian restaurants such as Vietnamese and Korean. Therefore, most guests were able to enjoy authentic Asian cuisine while visiting major establishments and famous tourist locations within the area such as Disneyland, Little Saigon, and Garden Grove.
Guests were pleased with the free parking provided inside the hotel. It was very convenient and practical for they did not have to spend more money just for parking space. Guests also appreciated the design or layout of the parking area, as it is safe and secured.
Most guests were disappointed with the inconsiderate and inattentive attitude of the staff. They were quite impolite and were not able to assist the guests in a proper manner. Furthermore, they were not able to provide timely assistance and were not willing to go the extra mile to cater to the needs of the guests.
Due to the loud noise coming from the bar and karaoke area, most guests were not able to get some decent sleep. The loud noise continued until midnight so it was disturbing for most guests. The use of earplugs is recommended for increase comfort.
