Guests have appreciated that most of the staff at this hotel speaks English. Finding a hotel with English-speaking staff in Quebec can be difficult, especially outside of Montreal, so guests appreciated being able to communicate with staff members.

Past guests have been disappointed by the fact that they had to pay for breakfast. Guests also found the breakfast buffet lacking in variety and flavour, saying that it wasn't worth the money that was charged.
