While having the airport shuttle is a great idea to save money in San Francisco, the shuttle is not a private taxi service and only comes to the airport for pickup once an hour. If you don't mind the wait then it's free to use, but if you cannot wait then you will pay out of pocket for a cab service.

The majority of the guests really enjoyed their spacious and comfortable rooms, however, many of them thought that the bed sheets and pillows could use a change and seem a bit too worn.

If you are a light sleeper, then maybe the rooms on the street side should be avoided. While the traffic is not horrible, you will hear cars going by at all times of the day and the security lights from the hotel are quite bright and can be seen through the curtains.
