Hotel Quality Inn & Suites near Fort Sam Houston (San Antonio, USA)

This hotel is ten minutes from the San Antonio River Walk and well-situated for the local convention center. It's also handy for those attending rodeos and livestock auctions and great for downtown. Given its location, many felt that this property represented excellent value for money.

By all accounts, this hotel boasts appropriately Texas-sized rooms. This is an attribute for which many guests - especially those traveling with young families - were especially grateful.

This lodge advertises that it has the largest pool in town and it certainly didn't disappoint; a number of guests were very impressed by its turquoise depths. Additionally, many were also delighted by the breakfast buffet, which features a huge array of hot and cold items.

Unfortunately, a number of visitors reported less than helpful attitudes and even outright rudeness from the front desk. For some, this started the stay off on a very negative note.

There are widespread reports here of dirty and foul-smelling rooms. Grubby showers and tubs were a particular concern, with a number of guests noting that basins are slow to drain. Additionally, quite a few guests have expressed concerns over sightings of both roaches and bed bugs at this hotel.

A few guests have reported that the water supply was suddenly cut-off during their stays. While this is indeed inconvenient, for others, the overall atmosphere of this property was a more pressing issue. Dark hallways made many uncomfortable while others expressed their concerns over questionable clientele.
