Hotel Quality Inn & Suites (Meridian, USA)

The overwhelming majority of guests were very impressed with the breakfast.They mentioned that it was a buffet, but included a good variety of foods, including several hot options.

It was near impossible to find an unkind word written about the staff. Guest after guest mentioned how welcoming they were on arrival and that they had the kind of friendly and professional attitude that made them very easy to approach with a question or concern

Guests clearly like the location. The main reason was because it was close to the freeway, which made access to/from the hotel very easy. Some guests traveling as families also liked that it was right opposite the Roaring Springs Water Park, which was the main area attraction for them.

In fact it wasn’t only the rooms, but the whole hotel, that guests said looked very dated. They said it was obvious that the hotel had not been updated for a long time, and even though it was well-maintained would need an update soon in order to remain competitive.

Guests felt that the rooms were not well soundproofed, especially against noise from inside the building. They reported that they could easily hear people in the adjacent rooms, even if they were not being especially loud.

The hotel is not 100% non-smoking and guests seemed to have problems with the smell of both tobacco and marijuana smoke in both the hallways and even in their non-smoking room.
