To say that this place has plenty of amenities would be an understatement. The spa and fitness center is excellent with a lovely lap pool and plenty of equipment for a workout. There is also a great local area shuttle service that saves guests a lot of trouble.
You can’t really beat a hotel where you can be at the zoo, a music venue, and an event center all within a few minutes’ walk. This place is the ideal location for anybody that is visiting Boise for any reason whatsoever.
The restaurant claims to offer affordable fine-dining, and while it’s not crazily priced, it is still a bit expensive. However, the guests that have eaten there all agree that it is money well spent. The dishes are delicious and the portions more than enough.
Some of the staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful but then there are those that are quite aloof to the needs of their guests. One or two of them don’t seem to care much about customer service, and some guests have found them to be quite rude.
The place looks very nice and for the price you are paying you expect a bit of luxury, but the rooms aren’t as great as you’d expect and while they are acceptable they’re just not worth the money. Some guests think that you’ll get better value in other hotels.
