Most guests mention the hotel’s staff to be friendly and accommodating people. They mentioned the staff by their name given their really good customer service. They smiled and greeted guests with a positive attitude.

Most guests enjoyed the location of the hotel given it is right off the main highway of the area. It is also near various places to eat and a grocery store. Guests were able to enjoy the location of the hotel since it was convenient to eat and explore the area.

The breakfast was found to be a nice meal to have in the morning because it had various items to choose from including eggs, pancakes and sausage. It was nice to have an above average breakfast included in the rate since most hotels either charge extra or offer less items.

The indoor pool and hot tub were found to be bad by guests who did not like the green color of the water. They also thought the smell of chemicals was not normal or a good thing while using the facilities.

Guests felt the hotel could use a good look by maintenance because their stay was made more complicated given this. Some had problems with uncomfortable bed mattresses, bathroom toilets being placed oddly and the mini fridges not working.

Guests felt the hotel was a bit dated and could use a bit of renovation in its décor and furnishings. There were cracks and peels on the wall which did not give a good image to the rooms and hotel.
