Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Jefferson City (Jefferson City, USA)

A number of visitors to the hotel were staying specifically because of a conference or event being hosted by the hotel or were saying as a business traveler. These guests left positive reviews that they thought that it was a great hotel to conduct business with a number of meeting rooms and facilities that allowed them to work seamlessly.

Guest reviewers were very complimentary about the standard of cleaning at the hotel on-arrival and during their stay with many commenting that the beds were also very comfortable and that they got a great nights' sleep.

This Doubletree gives good cookie, as with all Doubletrees a warm cookie is provided on-arrival and for many this was the highlight of their stay and featured across numerous reviews.

Some guests who ate at the hotel in the restaurant or via room service did not give positive reviews about the food or the service, with the food arriving cold and tasteless and the service described as abysmal.

A few guests were not at all impressed by the staff at the hotel, some guests left comments that the staff were rude, disinterested and unprofessional. Some suggested that the hotel would be much better if the staffing were sorted out.

Guests were not happy at having to pay extra for Wi-Fi at the hotel with some members commenting that its unusual to not have access to complimentary Wi-Fi at a Doubletree. Some guests also commented that they had trouble using breakfast vouchers and struggled to understand why breakfast was not included in the room tariff.
