Guests can’t fault Comfort Inn Holland’s location. Thanks to Route 31 being so close, it’s very easy to visit the main attractions in Holland such as Nelis’ Dutch Village, Hope College and Holland Museum. They are also plenty of eateries in the vicinity and both Grand Haven and Grand Rapids are under an hour away by car. Guests can’t fault Quality Inn & Suites Holland’s location. Despite its close proximity to Route 31, several guests report that they found the accommodation generally quiet and restful.

The hotel’s members of staff receive praise for their friendly and attentive manner. Guests describe being made to feel very welcome here and mention that any questions or issues they raised were dealt with efficiently.

Based on guests’ comments, this hotel was showing its age. Guests remark that the rooms looked outdated and the carpets and fixtures and fittings were in need of repair in places. However, the hotel management confirms that renovation has begun with the intention of updating the rooms and public spaces. It is hoped that the work will be completed by mid-2016.

A few guests felt that the complimentary breakfast was slightly lacking and would have liked to have seen more variety rather than the same items every day.
