Hotel Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach (Hermosa Beach, USA)

Guests who were looking for spectacular sunsets over the ocean found that they had come to the right place. Not only do many of the rooms at Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach face the oceanfront, the hotel also has a terrace with outdoor heating units, so guests can enjoy the view without being at the mercy of the cool ocean breeze.

From the hotel, guests have easy access to three different major beaches, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Venice Beach, which gives them plenty of opportunities to enjoy the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk as well as ocean activities. It's also just a short drive to LAX, and many attractions like Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.

Previous guests were generally happy with the customer service they received during their stay. The staff were always ready with a friendly greeting and words of advice of things to do in the area and easy directions.

A few guests were unhappy with the breakfast selection at Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach. They reported that the items were not always kept well stocked, and that sometimes the hot items would get cold. Some guests also would have preferred more healthy items.

While guests reported that the building was basically in good repair, they did note that it was rather old. Some of the room features were older and outdated as well, such as the A/C units, which do not have thermostats.

Some previous guests had difficulty getting the Wi-Fi to work properly. Though most guest did not have trouble getting connected, the connection itself was spotty, and download speeds were rather slow.
