Quality Inn & Suites Biltmore East provided a nice option for those not wanting to spend a fortune on accommodation. Penny pinchers rejoiced at extras included in the room price, like free cookies, newspaper, and all-day coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Guests found it hard to tell that this hotel was an older property. Nicely updated rooms looked fresh and inviting, including spacious bathrooms that were well-equipped.

With beautiful mountain views just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and Interstate 40, this hotel really shone in the location department. Rooms were found to be quiet despite the proximity to major roadways, and surrounding points of interest were a short walk or drive away. A convenience store is located in the same parking lot as the hotel, and a conference center is across the highway.

While guests loved that they could park their car and walk directly to their room, they were sometimes inconvenienced by the absence of an elevator. Make sure to ask for a room on the ground floor if you have mobility issues or are not traveling light.

Sensitive noses honed in on a few unpleasant smells in this hotel. If smoke is not your cup of tea, or a musty room will set you running, you might want to ask to check out the room before settling in for the night.

Quality Inn & Suites Biltmore East is without a lobby. Guests wanting to congregate in a group before hitting the town were left with no choice but to socialize in their rooms.
