Many guests commented on the large rooms at the Quality Suites Santa Cruz. Perfect for stretching out, and things like an extra bed for small children, there was no shortage of space at this hotel.

Newer down comforters and pillows that had guests tracking down the brand so they could buy some for themselves, contributed to a great sleep for many. Guests loved that they could feel well-rested even in unfamiliar surroundings. The hotel is also set back from a main road, providing a quiet respite in sometimes bustling Santa Cruz.

While a few people expressed concern over a small breakfast area, and a pool that could have used more cleaning, the majority of guests were very happy with their stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, newly refurbished rooms, a great breakfast, and a location close to the freeway and downtown Santa Cruz, made for an enjoyable visit.
