The guests were happy and content with having a positive hotel experience thanks to the nice reception. They mention her by name. She was funny and welcoming which made their interaction all the more positive.

The beds were thought to be comfortable by many guests who stayed here. They truly enjoyed their nightly sleep on the beds and some mentioned they did not want to get up in the morning.

The breakfast was found to be a very good and varied morning option. There was yogurt, fruit juices and cereals, along with hot items like waffles and eggs as well. Breakfast is included in the rate which made guests all the more happy to enjoy.

The rooms were thought to not be as clean as most guests would like to have them. There were hairs lying around, old carpeting and unclean shower areas. They would have appreciated a thorough cleaning to feel comfortable in the rooms they paid for.

The rooms were found to have a smoke smell as soon as the guests entered. The humidity and smoke smell did not leave a good impression on these guests who felt it was unfair to be given a room in such conditions.

Guests felt the hotel could use some renovations to brighten up the space. The hotel was thought to look tired and some recommended new interior and exterior paint. The paint and replacement of some furnishings would improve the look.
