Those who know this property well – and it does seem to attract many repeat guests due to its great highway-side location – are much impressed by the recent remodeling of this motel. For both new arrivals and returning guests, the clean, fresh rooms were a pleasant surprise. The comfortable beds were also a real plus.

Hungry guests were pleased to find an array of local restaurants and eateries in close proximity to the property. However, this motel’s location is a real boon and put access to U.S. Routes 441 and 27 – two of Florida’s major north-south throughways – close to hand, a point much appreciated by guests passing through the region.

The staff at this Leesburg Quality Inn location are consistently helpful and friendly and seem to be nothing but customer-oriented. They have no qualms about offering direct and thorough assistance to those in need and warmly welcoming new arrivals. Most also liked the breakfast here, with the hot menu a welcome change from the usual cold continental fare served by other properties at this price point.

Despite their clean and fresh appearance, there were consistent reports of mold and mildew-like smells in rooms at this property.

Small rooms were a consistent problem at this motel, with many disappointed to find that guest units here were incredibly tight for space.

Filthy carpets sporting ground-in dirt were another point of concern at this property. They jarred with the refreshed interior and many wondered if these were perhaps the source of the moldy odors that seem to plague this motel.
