Hotel Microtel Inn & Suites Lady Lake (Lady Lake, USA)

The hotel's staff members are very jovial and welcoming. They go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. They are also readily available and give you all the information you need.

The furniture is well maintained, modern and tastefully selected. The bathrooms are clean and regular housekeeping is available in all of the rooms. The rooms are spacious, suitable for families with children and well arranged. Public areas are also very clean and easy to navigate.

The hotel and its environs are very tranquil. Most guests felt that they enjoyed a good night's rest with almost no disturbance at all.

A good majority of guests found the breakfast menu to be subpar. Those on special diets did not feel adequately catered to. Some were of the opinion that the food's quality was inferior and the selection was not as varied as was expected. Some thought that the breakfast room was too small and gets overcrowded at times.

A number of guests were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi signal did not perform as advertised. Though the hotel claims it provides a high speed Wi-Fi connection, those affected found the signal to be very weak and slow.

Some guests complained about the air conditioning system in some of their rooms. A few of the units were faulty and did not operate as expected. Others found the systems to be too complex and had a hard time adjusting them to fit their preferences.
