The members of staff are very professional and courteous. Housekeeping staff pay special attention to all rooms and leave them looking very clean. Room service is delivered on time and any mistakes are quickly rectified. The staff members go out of their way to ensure you have a satisfying and peaceful stay at the hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and always very clean. Daily housekeeping is provided and the housekeeping team is very meticulous in their duties.

There is a wide variety of food on offer at the hotel. The diverse menus greatly helped in catering for different palates. Guests found the dishes to be expertly prepared. Service was also admirable and one did not have to wait for long to be seated and served.

Common complaints concerning the room were with regard to the mattresses as some guests felt they were too hard and others had springs poking them at night. Pillows were also perceived as being too firm. The decor was also seen to be dated and in need of some sprucing up. A few bathrooms had rusty and drippy accessories.

The air conditioners in some rooms can get a bit loud. This issue made guests to have a troublesome sleep as the unit disturbed the peaceful time that they wanted

Though generally a personal preference, a good number of guests complained about the beds enough to warrant a concern. Those affected thought the beds were too soft and did not offer proper spinal support.
