Hotel Quality Inn Branson On the Strip (Branson, USA)

Previous guests were quite happy with the customer service they received during their stay. They found the staff to be highly helpful, both with special requests at the hotel and with giving recommendations and directions for things to do outside of the hotel. They will even call and book shows for guests.

Nearly everyone who stayed here agreed that the housekeeping staff at Quality Inn On the Strip is exceptional. Guests found that their rooms had been cleaned well when they checked in, and they were maintained well throughout their stay. They also noted that the common areas of the hotel, like the lobby, pools, and breakfast room, are cleaned well.

There are many theaters featuring live music and other performance shows in the Branson area, and Quality Inn On the Strip is located close by many of them. From the hotel, it's just a short drive to Americana Theater, the Grand Country Music Hall, the Andy Williams Moon River Theater, Baldknobbers Jamboree, and Presley's Country Jubilee.

A few guests, particularly those who had rooms facing the parking lot, had issues with soundproofing. They complained that the walls were thin, doing very little to block out the noise from the traffic, staff, and other guests.

Many guests noted that the hotel is beginning to look a bit dated. They said it could use some repairs and replacements. Some examples include doors that would stick in the frames, doors with a large, drafty gap at the bottom, and small holes and stains on the furniture.

Guests who stayed during peak times had great difficulty finding a parking spot. It seemed to be a problem particularly with handicap parking.
