The rooms have been found to be quiet and clean. The guests had expected to hear the planes taking off at all hours as the hotel is very close to the airport but surprisingly, they heard nothing. The peaceful atmosphere allowed them to have a sound sleep.
The management and staff at the hotel have been found to be very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The facility of free airport shuttle service has been highly appreciated by the guests as it gave them an easy/smooth access to reach the hotel, even during the odd hours/mid night.
Few guests got furious during their stay as they were charged a smoking fee, stating that there room had a very strong odor of cigarette, which was not true. The wrongly charged free, that too without any prior intimation left the guests very annoyed.
Guests reported that the swimming pool was very dirty and out of order most of the times. It was really disappointing for them especially, children who were looking forward to have a good time at the pool during their stay.
Some of the guests complained that the hot tub had very strong chemicals as their eyes started burning within a few minutes of sitting in it.
