There's a balcony bonus with a side view of the sea. The complex's interior and the surrounding outside garden areas, are kept in constant good order. Members of staff are very friendly and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. The on-site Marlin Monroe's Restaurant has mouthwatering menus and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It's a positive view all round.
The care and attention that is devoted to this particular condo is a prime reason for so many return visits. Visit one year and you may think that there's not a great deal of life left in, say, the sofa. Return the following year and its been replaced with something far more comfortable. Hopefully, many of the other condos have the same high standards. As for this one, just like the carpet ... it takes some beating!

There are three pools. They look larger than they are plus one is very shallow and just for kids. One of the other two is constantly out of service for maintenance. So, that leaves just one crowded pool most times.
