The Prince Regent Hotel in Brighton occupies a period town house which stands on the town's Regency Square, just a short distance from the famous seafront and the West Pier. The railway station is half a mile away and for guests with cars, parking is available at the Regency Square NCP car park close to the West Pier. The hotel does not offer customer parking. The hotel offers 20 non-smoking rooms, seven of which benefit from unobstructed sea views. Several very special rooms are available including the 'Grand Balcony' room furnished with antiques and a canopy bed with a balcony with sea views, and four additional rooms which each have four poster beds. The remaining rooms comprise a mix of twin, double and single options. One ground floor room is available for disabled guests who should not that the hotel does not have a lift. Pets and children cannot be accommodated. Breakfast is served daily in the Regency Restaurant nearby or guests can have a room service continental breakfast if preferred. All rooms have ensuite facilities and offer television, hospitality tray and central heating. Hairdryer and ironing facilities are provided.
