Hotel Posada de Roger (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico)

The staff were found to be friendly and kind for most guests. They enjoyed interacting with people who were willing to help the guest. They also gave good recommendations of the area.

The hotel is in a central part of town where you can walk to the art galleries, shops, restaurants and beach. Guests were entertained whether they left for a walk or decided to sit in the patio area. It was a great location with many activities nearby.

Many guests enjoyed their stay in the hotel because it was a real experience that was not a luxury resort. They were happy with the colorful and vibrant colors, as well as the traditional décor and enjoyed talking to people in the common patio.

At night, people would gather in the courtyard area which made for a noisy and rowdy time. Guests who were in their rooms could hear everything as if these people were right by the door.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty for guests who stayed here. They would have liked a reliable and speedy Internet, especially in the rooms. The Wi-Fi was fine some days and others did not want to work well. It was a hit or miss.

Guests felt the rooms were too small along with the bathrooms. They expected the rooms to be bigger and spacious and were a bit annoyed with the small size. Even the furnishings were found to be smaller than usual.
