Staff are very friendly and helpful and reception is always manned in the event of any query.

Those with a balcony are smaller than those without – so, you win some, you lose some! They’re very clean though with up to date fixtures and fittings + the lighting is OK too, so rooms aren’t dingy like you sometimes find.

There are 3 lifts so not normally any queues for going up or down. Outside you can see those hard working staff cleaning and treating the pool every day, so everything here is kept very clean. Inside the lounge bar is a pleasant area for relaxation with comfortable seating. Back outside again + whilst there are plenty of sunbeds, it’s good to see that any ‘towel reservations’ are removed. Strange how everyone welcomes this but nobody admits to being guilty!

You don’t expect to be charged for Wi-Fi and car parking. There’s even a deposit charged on pool towels. Psst! There’s quite a lot of free parking on the neighbouring streets.

They tend not to enforce it, so why bother publicizing this regimentation when folk are on holiday?

The clientele tends to be ‘extremely mature’ so don’t expect discos every night. Staged entertainment is OK but planned with the age group of guests in mind!
