positive:
Lovely Ft. Walton Beach Location
This locale is very near the harbor with phenomenal views over both the on-site pools and the beautiful marina beyond - the higher the floor you're on, the better the view of the boats coming and going. The two pools are kept clean, well-equipped with seating and umbrellas, and very refreshing, contributing to the calm, relaxed vibe of the property. A ten-minute ride from Ft. Walton Beach and five minutes from Okaloosa Island, this is a superb spot for extended stays, especially popular among military members assigned to the nearby base on duty. (Notify the staff if you're military, and they'll be sure to apply discounts) Close to plenty of restaurants, or you can always cook in your own kitchen.

Mixed Reviews on Rooms
Most felt their condo-style units were clean, spacious and cozy, but others had the opposite opinion entirely. It appears to depend on which room you get. (Best bet: ask to see the room before paying if at all possible.) Most get decent condos with refrigerators, stoves, couches, beds and dining areas.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Complaint Department: Get in Line
Plenty of dissatisfied customers have ranted about: sporadic housekeeping on extended stays, broken equipment/furniture, bugs, air conditioning not working, stained sheets, sparse electrical outlets, musty-smelling areas, dirty bathrooms, no pillows/sheets in room, and missing light bulbs.
negative:
Noise and Traffic
Heading out and about can be tricky with heavy traffic in the city; neighbors can get noisy but it's mostly a problem on weekend evenings.
negative:
The No's
There is usually no Wi-Fi available and no breakfast is served on-site. Nobody answers the phone in the office or returns calls much of the time either.
