While some rooms have modern furnishings, other guests found themselves in rooms which they described as old, outdated and in need of refurbishment. The wallpaper on some walls were worn out and in need of replacement. Some guests also reported that bugs frequented the rooms.

Many guests complained that the Wi-Fi is an additional expense, and felt that Wi-Fi should be included in the price of the room. In addition to this, the Wi-Fi service was unreliable and difficult to connect to. Some guests were only able to access the Wi-Fi in the lobby area.
