The grounds are beautifully maintained. The outdoor swimming pool is clean and provides a picturesque spot to relax. .

The bay is just steps away and easily accessible. The Parguera Boat Trips which offer sea cruises including bottom glass boat rides, are an 11-minute walk from the hotel. The local town is within easy walking distance and offers a choice of local bars and restaurants to choose from. You can reach San Germán in 30-minutes' drive to visit the museums and the Church of Porta Coeli. .

The staff, who have been described as friendly, approachable and helpful, go out of their way to create an atmosphere that is both inviting and relaxing for guests. .

Some guests were unhappy with the basic furnishings in their room, including the lack of tea and coffee facilities. Some guests also commented that the furniture was tired, worn and in need of replacement. .

The grounds can get noisy at times which makes it difficult to sleep. The rooms are close to the pool and lounge area where guests socialize and music is played which can be loud and disturbing.

Housekeeping does not always clean the room thoroughly and rubbish left behind from previous guests has been found in the rooms. Some guests also complained of cockroaches in the room. .
