Clean Rooms

Most guests enjoyed the clean rooms available in the hotel and liked that they were cleaned often and thoroughly. The beds and bathrooms were also found to be nice and comfortable to use.

Most guests enjoyed the fact the hotel is a couple of minutes’ walk away from the beach. It was ideally situated near the clean waters and was perfect for guests who wanted ocean views. It is also close to other major attractions such as El Cabo Rojo.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind to their guests. They were happy to have professional people run the hotel and had a good stay in part because of them. They felt welcomed to be there.

No Restaurant

Most guests would have enjoyed to have a restaurant that is also open for lunch and dinner. They had to leave the hotel in order to eat meals. Having a meal on site would be a nice option for those who want to stay in.

Guests felt the breakfast that was included in the price to be too limited and they felt the items should be more varied. They would have preferred some more fruit and did not like the high price of a full breakfast.

The Wi-Fi is available in the rooms which got most guests annoyed that they were not able to use the Internet. They would have enjoyed being able to do simple things like check email, but this was not possible.
