Most of the guestrooms at Panoramica Garden offer a delightful vista of the local scenery. You will either be able to see the mountains or the ocean. What's more, the balconies are of a decent size, so you can take in the view and the lovely fresh air in comfort.
The food here isn't particularly fancy, but it is certainly enjoyable, with a range of options including some nice fresh fish. Several previous guests commented favourably about the fact that they were offered free wine with their evening meals.
The free bus that runs into Puerto de la Cruz is handy. The services are regular enough to make it pretty convenient.
Previous guests have noted that, while some of the staff at Panoramica Garden are great, others appear to be less enthusiastic and don't seem to take a huge amount of interest in their work. Another problem you might encounter is that some of them don't speak very good English, so you may struggle to make yourself understood.
Although there is a free shuttle to Puerto de la Cruz, there isn't much going on in the immediate area. There's nothing really to do at night locally, which isn't ideal for people looking to go out for a drink.
You won't be able to get free internet access anywhere other than in the reception area. If you want to surf the web from the comfort of your room then you'll have to pay for it. Things also feel like they could use a revamp, and a few previous guests stated that they found the beds and the pillows to be quite uncomfortable.
