Hotel Palette Resort Myrtle Beach By Oyo (Myrtle Beach, USA)

The rooms are spacious and equipped with useful amenities such as a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, dishes, flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning units and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel has a seasonal bar and restaurant, which guests were quite pleased with. They not only thought the drinks to be delicious but also enjoyed the snacks that were available. Moreover, guests found the bar staff to be friendly and charming.

Guests liked the proximity to the beach and the Boardwalk as well as the fact that there is a grocery store right across the street. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the Family Kingdom theme park and only a few minutes of driving from golf courses, shopping centers and many restaurants.

Several guests had a negative experience with housekeeping, as they found their rooms to be dirty with stained carpets, accumulated dust on the vents, and hair in the bathrooms. A few even reported being interrupted by the housekeeping staff despite their "do not disturb" sign being clearly visible on the door. However, despite this insistence on making up the rooms at inconvenient times, some guests found it impossible to get service when asking for additional towels, sheets or special service.

Some guests were not pleased with their in-room amenities due to the fact that they were not working such as the TV, phone and refrigerator. There were also frequent issues with the key cards malfunctioning and the Wi-Fi signal being spotty or non-existent.

While some guests found the front-desk staff to be professional albeit a bit curt, several others pointed out that they received little help when asking questions and felt more like a burden than a guest.
