The staff on reception, behind the bar and the serving staff are extremely friendly and professional. Front desk workers are polite and welcoming and do their best to answer any questions that guests might have, but also are happy to provide recommendations and directions to attractions in the locality.
The beautiful beach is just a few steps away from the hotel and is also just a short distance to walk downtown, from the boardwalk and fairgrounds.
This hotel is more suited to a younger party-loving crowd. There are regular pool parties with a DJ every week.
The interior needs some renovations. Some guests experienced problems with the elevators not working. Others found the beds were very hard along with old carpets, along with old furniture and bad odors.
This hotel has a very late check-in time of 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Some guests found that even at four thirty their room still wasn't ready for them. Others encountered long queues to check in from four onwards.
A number of guests had issues with the pool bar closing early in the evening. The pool is also popular with both adults and small children, so having a relaxed drink in the poolside bar can be disrupted due to the sheer volume of people in the water.
