The fully self-contained apartments are individually owned, and so no two are identical. However, all apartments are air-conditioned and feature fully equipped kitchens and living areas with TVs. Guests will also find a balcony and laundry facilities. Wi-Fi is available on-site for a daily surcharge while guests can also rent DVD players or request an iron and ironing board. Guests can relax in the heated spa or enjoy a game of tennis on the tennis court. This apartment complex has no on-site restaurant but the local neighbourhood has many dining options such as Thai Silom, Hog’s Breath Café, and Aura, all of which are steps from the front door. Pacific Resort is a two-minute walk from Kurrawa Beach and park.
The casino, shops, and beach are all within a few short steps of this great little complex. You can park your car up and forget about it for the entire length of your stay. It really is that great a location. And the beach in front of the property is immaculate.
If you are on one of the higher floors, then you will get fantastic views of the beach and the city. The photos online don’t do the place justice, and you really have to see those views to believe them. Don’t forget your camera.
The housekeeping staff do a great job at this place and keep all of the rooms in your apartment in spotless condition. It makes for a very pleasant stay to have such clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
The management of this property have been known to ignore complaints or to argue with the guests over trivial matters. This is very poor customer service and really upsets guests when their issues aren’t dealt with properly.
The place is starting to show its age, and although they keep it quite clean, you can see some very obvious signs of wear and tear throughout the building. This makes guests feel that it’s not really worth the money and that you’re only paying for location.
