Those who stayed thought the staff to be accommodating, friendly and professional, with any issues arising being dealt with quickly.

Nyhavn, shopping, restaurants, train to airport.

Negative Reviews

negative:

Small, basic rooms in need of redecoration.

Some of those who stayed at Opera found the rooms to be small, basic and a bit worn or tired, with redecoration being a recommended course of action. As of writing in mid-2015, it seems renovation may in fact soon be due.
