They advised the staff members were willing to give tips regarding the best places to go in Copenhagen. Others remarked the hotel personnel were pleasant and hard working. There were some visitors that were upset about the price of some services at the hotel, such as breakfast. They stated the price for breakfast was too expensive and the breakfast should have been included in the price. Unfortunately, most hotels don’t include breakfast in the price for the room and there are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area where breakfast is served.
