Hotel One Playa Del Carmen (Playa del Carmen, Mexico)

Guests enjoyed the relatively central location in town as they were able to walk to the ADO bus station, the famous 5th Avenue and the beach area. Guests were also close to the grocery stores and other eateries.

The staff were found to be kind and friendly by guests. They were happy to have people who were warm and accommodated guests as best as possible. They were attentive and courteous to guests and helped with tour information and luggage storage.

Guests enjoyed that the hotel and the rooms were kept in top shape by the housekeeping staff. They found the accommodations and the hotel itself to be very clean. Guests were happy with staying in a nice hotel.

The air conditioning was found to be too loud and inefficient for guests. They did not feel it did a good job of cooling the rooms, which were enclosed and humid. In the humidity, guests wanted a more efficient cooling system.

Guests were disappointed to find that the price they reserved in booking sites was increased and not the same once they were at the reception. They found this to be deceiving as this should not be the way online bookings are handled.

Guests found that the rooms and corridor areas were loud and that the noise would not be blocked once inside their own rooms. They could hear noise coming from next door rooms and in the corridors.
