The location of this hotel is very convenient, right beside Earl’s Court tube station. For shopping, Kensington High street is a short trip away. The address of this accommodation is its biggest selling point and provides guests with easy access to Kensington and the West End.

Those wanting to stay in the heart of London without shelling out typical London prices for their accommodation are happy to stay at this hotel. It offers basic rooms at very reasonable rates. This is no frills accommodation, so doesn’t offer a huge amount of luxury, but for a couple of nights in central London without breaking the bank, this hotel might suit.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming and help provide a warm atmosphere. However, despite their pleasant demeanour there can be language and communication difficulties at times.

There’s no soundproofing on the interconnecting walls and noise pollution from neighbouring rooms can cause a disturbance. A lack of soundproof glazing also means that street noise also can be very much heard.

Many guests found their rooms not fit for purpose and experienced a number of issues from damp, to worn carpet and items not working and doors not closing properly. For a lot of guests the rooms were a real let down. Others felt that due to the budget nature of the accommodation having a basic room with a few faults is to be expected.

There is Wi-Fi available in this hotel, but it is only available in the entrance lobby area. Guests trying to use it in their rooms on higher floors found the signal either non-existent or too weak to be of use.
