The motel is ideally situated for exploring the local attractions on foot as guests said that they did not need to drive or get transport for the duration of their stay. Many found it convenient being just two blocks away from the beach and just a short stroll away from local shops, bars and restaurants which they found handy considering there are no dining facilities on the premises.
Many complimented the housekeeping staff for keeping their en-suites clean and tidy for the duration of their stay. The en-suites were said to be equipped with all the necessary mod-cons including microwaves and fridges which the guests found very useful as they could prepare their own food.
All of the members of staff have been described as being helpful and professional, often going the extra mile in order to assist the guests with their various requests and queries. Returning guests said that the high level of service they received at the motel prompted them to stay here again.
There is no elevator on the premises and guests whose rooms were on the higher floors said that they found it quite cumbersome having to carry their luggage up several flights of stairs to get to their accommodation.
Quite a few guests mentioned that the bathrooms were rather cramped which meant that they had little space to manoeuvre and also not enough surfaces where they could place their toiletries.
Guests objected to the fact that the outdoor pool closed at dusk which many said was rather early whilst others said that they found it frustrating connecting to the Internet due to the weak Wi-Fi signal.
