Brighton Suites Hotel (Rehoboth Beach, USA)

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, and guests also appreciated having many restaurants, ample shopping and several attractions like Gordon Pond and Funland nearby.

Guests who got to stay in the newly renovated rooms found them to be clean, bright and quite comfortable. They also liked the separate living rooms, which included a full-size sleeper sofa, and they also enjoyed having the wet bar with the fridge and microwave available to them.

The employees manning the front desk received a lot of praise for their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency.

Guests found the outdated rooms to be less than pleasant, as they contained stained carpets, wallpaper was peeling and the furniture was damaged and uncomfortable.

According to guests, the rooms do not offer sufficient soundproofing, which means that you might have trouble sleeping through the night since there is a lot of traffic noise coming in through the windows. The walls are reported to be quite thin, so guests noted that you are likely to be bothered by noises during daytime hours such as other guests' walking around, watching TV or taking a shower. They also recommended booking a room away from the elevators and the ice machine.

Several guests pointed out that housekeeping seems to be short on staff at times, since their rooms weren't ready at the official check-in time. Requesting extra towels or other items required some patience, as these were not brought to the rooms for several hours.
