The hotel is very well maintained. The fittings and furnishings are well kept and the art blends in with the general decor in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have windows that open. Bathrooms have excellent power showers and are satisfactorily roomy.
Guests are offered a delicious buffet breakfast which is extremely well prepared. There is a wide range of hot and cold dishes served and most guests were spoilt for picking because of the diversity of the dishes on offer.
The customer service at the hotel is second to none. Not only will the staff make you feel right at home, they also go out of their way to answer queries and speedily solve any concerns a customer may have. The reception staff are especially gracious, ready to lend a hand and polite.
Breakfast is usually a very busy time at the hotel's onsite restaurant especially during the peak seasons. Queues can be quite long and a number of guests felt that the hotel was not well prepared for the surge of diners.
During peak seasons some guests have complained that the hotel gets too busy and the pools and other public areas are swarming with too much activity.
Some guests felt that the beaches close to the hotel were rather dirty and littered. In some areas garbage could be seem strewn along the shoreline. At times the water could get a bit murky and unclean and this apparently got worse as the day progresses.
