The tram, the bus, and the train station are all within an easy walk from the hotel, which will put you in touch with the city and the surrounding area. Guests found it a breeze to get to wherever they needed to go, and where pleased to just park their own vehicles and rely on the excellent public transport system.
The entire family will feel welcome once they arrive at this hotel. The kids might even be spoilt with their very own toy, and adults will be received warmly with plenty of hospitality to go around. Before you know it, the staff will be calling you by name.
If you are one of those people who like to start the day off with a hearty breakfast, then this hotel will suite you just fine. Guests raved about the variety of dishes, and noticed that each one of them was well presented and delicious at the same time.
Although the hotel and its decor is considered to be quite elegant, guests found the paper cups that were supplied in the rooms to be completely out of character. Guests said it felt odd drinking out of these inexpensive looking cups in such a well-appointed property.
Travellers found the on-site paid parking at this hotel to be a little more expensive than they had anticipated. Guests felt the price was a little over the top, and would have preferred the parking to be included in the room rate.
There is an air cooling system installed at the hotel, and not a full air-conditioner. Guests found it did not do the job of cooling down the rooms effectively at all, and felt hot and bothered during the summer months.
