The hotel is conveniently located next to a tram station therefore you can quickly and easily get anywhere in the city. The main train station can be accessed by tram so if you arriving by train there is not far to travel with luggage.
Breakfast is served buffet style and there is a huge assortment of food on offer, consisting of both hot and cold food items. The produce served is of an excellent quality and there is more than enough to fill up on. It seems this quality is extended to the evening meals available with dinner also getting good reviews.
The guestrooms here are very spacious, well-decorated and benefit from quite a modern design. The beds are very comfortable and guests have commented on the good night’s sleep they had when staying here.
If you are wanting to be situated right in the middle of everything then perhaps this hotel is not for you. The old town is a pleasant, long stroll or you will need to take the tram. Due to its proximity to the tram stop some noise may be heard in parts of the hotel.
At busy times there can be a queue to check-in to the hotel and after a day of travelling this is the last thing you want. Perhaps the hotel could bring in more reception staff to work at busy times.
Wi-Fi is not included as standard and especially with the cost of the rooms this is a source of contention for many guests. There is no free parking available and therefore anyone arriving by car will need to budget for parking fees too.
