The people working at this hotel do an absolutely stellar job of taking care of you while you stay here. They are friendly and courteous, ready to help with any requests that you might have.
The soundproofing here is rather poor, so much so that you can often hear people having conversations in the hallways and even the rooms next to yours. Make sure you pack some earplugs if you need an early night.
It's a real shame that this hotel insists you pay extra on top of the room rate to use the Wi-Fi in your room. Many cheaper hotels offer free Wi-Fi as standard, and so should this place.
Unfortunately this hotel is not being looked after properly and the lack of maintenance is contributing to its tired appearance. Some renovation work and sprucing up here and there would do this place the world of good.
