The beautiful spa cottages that were spacious and had an amazing spa bath impressed guests. The decors and furniture were all to a very high standard. There was a porch were guests can sit and relax and the parking space was located just right outside the door.
All members of the staff were efficient and willing to do anything the guests needed. Aside from being friendly and always smiling, they were extremely knowledgeable about the local area and helped guests in booking trips and restaurant reservations.
This resort is ideal for families and big groups with kids according to previous guests. There are two swimming pools for guests to enjoy. One is perfect for kids while the other one has waterfall and built in bubble spa. Furthermore, the pool area is spotlessly clean, so guests can spend time relaxing either in the pool or on the comfy bean bags.
Standard rooms were not as big as online advertisement suggested. Guests were dismayed that the rooms were too small unlike the cabins. Therefore, those who want a spacious and more comfortable room must choose cabins and cottages.
Guests complained about the loud noise coming from the highway in this industrial side of town. Some rooms are facing the main road and the noises from the passing cars can be heard out loud. Also, there are airplanes landing and flying low starting early in the morning.
