Hotel Nova SFO by FairBridge (South San Francisco, USA)

Guests were near unanimous in their praise of the friendly and attentive staff who create a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are more than happy to help with any requests or queries guests may have and are warm and personable, providing great customer service and ensuring that guests feel welcome.

The rooms are fairly spacious and include modern amenities that will ensure a stay here is comfortable. The beds are similarly comfortable and large; the mattresses are supportive, the pillows are fluffy and the bed linens are fresh and of a high standard. The housekeeping staff ensure that the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are hygienic so guests should not have any trouble finding these rooms satisfactory.

The hotel's proximity to San Francisco Airport is extremely convenient and will ensure a last day at this hotel is stress-free as the journey is minimal. This Quality Inn location is also a short drive from the many renowned San Francisco attractions such as the Golden Gate Bridge, the Convention Center and Fisherman's Wharf. Guests will not be short of activities in this privileged location.

The hotel is somewhat tired looking in its appearance and some guests felt that it would benefit from a more contemporary aesthetic. The furniture and carpets allegedly look dingy though this did not diminish from many guests' enjoyment.

While the breakfast is complimentary, guests were disappointed with the limited and bland food options.

Guest were annoyed with the fact that they had to pay to utilise the parking facilities and would have preferred that this be a complimentary service on the hotel's part.
