Parents travelling with their children commented that the pool was really well maintained and set up perfectly to accommodate small children, with a wading area and shallow end for smaller kids to splash about in.

The owners of the property were singled out across a number of reviews for being extremely welcoming and helpful towards their guests, who said that there did not seem to be a problem too big or too small that they wouldn't be able to accommodate.

The hotel is right next to the Noosa river and many guests loved the views from their room. Guests also commented that it was convenient to local restaurants, eateries, cafes and bars in the area and this was the hotel's best feature.

Guests commented that there was bit of traffic noise coming from the Highway during their stay and for some this was a bit disruptive, as they commented that it disturbed their sleep.

Guests with an eye for detail, particularly regarding the cleanliness of a property, left less than positive comments about the standard of cleaning at the hotel; with some suggesting that a deep clean of apartments was required to clean up the grubby carpets, tiles and get rid of the cobwebs.
