Guests are perfectly primed to enjoy the atmosphere and sites of Costa Mesa.

Guests found the rooms to be very comfortable and spacious, with large, airy layouts that allowed for guests to comfortably cohabitate. The rooms are fitted with modern amenities, like cable televisions and internet access, that ensure guests feel at home and the beds are large and boast supportive mattresses and plush pillows that will surely aid in a sound night's sleep.

The majority of guests found the hotel to be extremely good value and were very pleased with the room price, especially when considering the hotel's convenient location and complimentary amenities, such as the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast, that ensure that this hotel is very good value to stay at.

While the hotel is comfortable and spacious, many guests felt that it would benefit from renovations as the exterior looks tired and the walls and furniture are rather dated on the interior. The rooms require modern furniture, as does the lobby, and some guests noticed peeling wallpaper.

A musty, stuffy smell lingers around the hotel and some guests found this annoying. The cause of the smell is unclear but it could be due to mildew or cigarette smoke.

A number of guests noticed stains and dirt on the hotel's carpet and they felt that it would be best to give it a deep clean or remove and replace it.
