Hotel Ne'R Beach Motel (Wells, USA)

The hotel is very clean from the public areas to the room itself. The furniture and beds are well maintained and modern. The rooms are well designed.

The members of staff are very courteous and handle guests' concerns quickly and with great competence. The reception staff are very upbeat and knowledgeable of the area and are quick to suggest great eateries and attractions that are close by.

The motel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk to Moody-Ogunquit Beach where visitors can enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the shore. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area that also provides guests with a wide range of cuisine to explore.

A few guests raised concerns over the state of the air conditioners in some rooms. They felt they were too loud that made them to have difficulty in sleeping at night.

A good number of guests were frustrated by the slow Wi-Fi reception. This was mainly evident during peak hours when the number of users increases. The speeds are only appropriate for easy browsing and guests who want to stream videos or handle large files will find it almost impossible.
