The rooms have recently been refurbished and everything is modern with stylish decor. The beds are comfortable,the hardwood floors are beautiful, the bathrooms are luxurious and everything is spotlessly-clean.
Guests reported that the pool area is beautiful and makes for an excellent place for adults to unwind and children to have fun. The area is clean and always being maintained and at night, underwater lighting produces a relaxing ambiance.
The location of this hotel is fantastic because it's close to everything guests need and want to be close to. It's close to the city centre and the airport. Restaurants, attractions and shops are within walking distance.
The hotel breakfast is a confusing and rushed affair that sees droves of people showing up at once to sit in a smallish room with not enough seats for everyone. It gets very loud and you have to queue in a line to get served. The quality of the food isn't really worth the hassle as guests reported that hot items are served cold and many items aren't very fresh.
There's a lot of noise around the hotel and it prevents guests from getting a good night's sleep. Trains passing by on the railroad tracks nearby, a humming noise coming from the fireplaces and music coming from the Boston Pizza downstairs are some of the sounds reported.
Guests reported that the lifts seem to break down a lot and there's usually only one working at any given time. It's also been reported that the lifts are small which means you have to wait to get yourself and your luggage upstairs and they are slow which makes the wait even longer.
