The relatively quiet out-of-town location of this property just off Interstate 90 appealed to travellers as it put them a short drive from downtown Spokane. Air passengers using Spokane International Airport loved the location because the terminal was a short car journey away from the terminal. It also appealed that there were bus stops nearby plus a couple of roadside eateries. Drivers said they enjoyed uncomplicated access to shopping malls, ski resorts, city attractions, golf courses and healthcare facilities. The ample free parking was another bonus.

According to many guests, the straightforward rooms were nothing fancy but did manage to be sufficiently clean and comfortable for a stopover. Budget-conscious visitors frequently said they got decent value for money thanks to the normally reasonable room rates.

Many visitors said they were well looked after by a friendly, helpful and professional team of employees who also provided a hassle-free check-in. Animal owners welcomed the pet-friendly policy.
