Most guests were welcomed with open arms, and felt particularly comfortable at this hotel. The lobby is warm and inviting, and the front desk staff were willing to assist guests with any information that could add to the vacation fun.

Although guests said there were no frills here, the rooms were spotless, house-keeping came by every day, changed towels, and did an excellent job of making sure everything was clean and tidy. The linen was fresh and clean, and guests appreciated the light aroma of air freshener left behind.

Pets are welcome, and guests who traveled with their four-legged friends appreciated the extra effort the staff went to that ensured comfort for all. The outdoors was easily accessible, and the rooms were spacious enough to stretch out and relax.

From small roaches to ants and other little insects, guests were not too pleased with having to share their room with these extra guests. The front desk staff were kind enough to send someone to assist with spraying bug spray which helped in some instances.

If you are a light sleeper, then perhaps you should consider bringing a set of ear plugs with. The nearby Interstate kept some guests awake until the early hours of the morning. It's best to request a room on the other side of the hotel to avoid these issues.

Guests have complained about the shabby hallway carpets, and have suggested a deep clean is the only way to improve conditions leading up to the rooms. Regardless, most guests said this did not detract from them enjoying the vacation.
