The surrounding neighborhood is safe. There’s also enough spacing between the individual rooms so the whole property is very quiet and lends to guests being able to get plenty of rest during their stay.

With a spot just off of the highway, this motel is easy to find even by travelers unfamiliar with the area. It is also conveniently in the heart of Payson, with plenty of stores and restaurants only a short walk away.

Much of this motel has a rundown appearance. This is due to poor cleaning, especially in the individual rooms. Guests have reported finding trash left from previous visitors and mold in the bathrooms along with stained towels and linens.
