Majestic Mountain Inn has a nice ambience to it. You can walk out of the door of your accommodation directly onto a lovely patio and courtyard, where you can sit and relax in the fresh air. Guestrooms have fireplaces and a hot tub, and feel more unique than your average hotel room.
The positon of the hotel is great. It is close to pleasant attractions such as Woods Canyon Lake and Tonto Natural Bridge. The immediate area surrounding the property is nice as well.
The staff here are really friendly. They are very keen to be of assistance and more than happy to answer any questions you might have. They can offer up some useful information about what to see and do in the area as well. You'll feel like a very welcome guest for the duration of your stay.
While the complimentary breakfast here has a good variety of options from which to choose, none of them are especially tasty. You'll certainly be able to fill your plate, but might not enjoy it that much. It would be better if there were less items but they were of higher quality.
Some of the air conditioner units can be rather noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you may have to turn it off or it will keep you awake. Obviously this means that you might end up being a little warm at night. You may also hear a reasonable amount of traffic noise.
